Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar industry is essential.
Language:
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (Preferred).
License/Certification:
- Any relevant certification in customer service (Preferred).
Skill and Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving skills and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM software.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally.
- Provide information, assistance, and solutions to customer queries or issues.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records, order details, and communication logs.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient problem resolution.
- Assist with ad-hoc customer support tasks and projects.
